"We had read some reviews which were quite negative and so we were a little anxious about our stay. However we were very happily surprised. We were staying in 507 (with the circular balcony) and it was fab. The room was spotless, most of the fittings looked brand new. The beds were clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was spotless. Staff lovely and location amazing with great transport links. The hotel does need renovating in the communal areas however as these are not great. "
