Our room (the Belvedere) was spaciousâbedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay."
"Good spot. Breakfast is great! Convenient check in options for check in after reception hours. No 24/7 front desk. Didn't have a kettle or silverware in the room but ot was no problem getting some from the staff. Very friendly!
The pillows were pretty bad, super soft with feathers and no other options in the room. Pillows and the two single mattresses instead of one big one would be my only complaint. But also standard for Germany and personal preference."

They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section.
