"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I stayed 3 nights for a conference in Shimonoseki. The hotel is clean, has all the amenities I need, and the onsen was a plus. Hotel provides pyjamas and all sorts of skin care products at no additional charge. The open bar in the evenings was also a nice touch. There are good restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is free and delicious, and the staff not only speak good English but provide the best, welcoming service. There is even some free curry/rice dinner as well. The prices are also affordable! I highly recommend Toyoko Inn hotels, there are many of these hotels around Japan and they all very high quality. Please check this hotel out!
