Went in July and there was central air con (temp control in the room) in addition to a portable air con for extra coolness. Staff were lovely. Definitely get the amazing breakfast. The room was pretty big - especially for Tokyo. Comfortable, very clean (and I’m terrible with hotels - usually don’t like to touch anything in them but for the first time ever I felt comfortable). A minute walk to Shiomi station which is 4 stops to Tokyo station and 3 stops to Disneyland. "

"The room size was a little on the small side but that didn’t bother me much since everything else about this hotel made my stay wonderful. The location close to a metro station and great food choices were pluses. I really enjoyed the onsen in the basement of the hotel. Used it everyday sometimes twice a day. Super clean and large. Staff was professional and very nice. I love Japan and this hotel was perfect for our stay around Tokyo. "
