"We stayed at this location with seven adults and three teenagers. We had ample space with comfortable beds, pillows and bedding for everyone. Upstairs kitchen was well equipped with a variety of dishes and utensils. The location is conveniently located, with a three-minute walk to the Yotsugi (local) station and Family Mart, and several small restaurants. We loved the bakery located around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet and well lit, making for a quiet respite after busy days in Tokyo....

"It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. "We loved the old authentic experience of the house. It had a lot of space and is located in an excellent area. On the downside, the kitchen sink is the only place to wash your hands after using the toilet which is pretty gross. Because there is only one sink to wash vegetables, do the dishes, drink water, shave, and clean your hands… the area gets pretty crowded. The beds are also substandard, just old mattresses on the ground. It would make a lot more sense to have a few rooms using Japanese...
