House with 3 bedrooms in the center of Koksijde at 600m from the sea and 50m from the shops. Garage + parking. Pets not allowed. Layout Entrance hall, living room with open modern fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, access to a closed courtyard from the kitchen. On the 1st floor is a 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a room with bunk beds for 3 people.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
