"まだ新しいホテルなのに、洗面所の排水口が、とても汚れていてびっくりしました。掃除の後に点検する人が必要かと思います。あと、フロントの若い女性スタッフがとても感じ悪く、聞いているのに返事もしなかったり、質問に対して一言でしか返さないなど、驚きの対応でした。。。温泉もあり、まだ新しいのですごく残念な気持ちになりました。"

"It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. I personally wants to share a sincere gratitude to Kayausagi that contacting and helping me regarding my lost item(phone) even after my stay :)"

"It was so pleasure for us to stay and experience Japanese culture in the hotel. Very surprised with their friendlyness- so nice and kind. Driver Ken was the nicest person we've ever met. "I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well.
