Die freistehende neu erbaute 2-Zimmer Villa liegt ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ruhig mitten in der Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick auf den schönen Pool und das Meer und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Die Villa ist aufgrund gut angebrachter Hinweisschilder problemlos zu finden. "Our week in Ioannis’ beautiful villa went beyond our expectations and more. We were two families of 4 adults & 6 teenagers. Villa is extremely comfortable and spacious, modernist design, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is so well equipped. Ioannis was always at the end of a phone, very attentive and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We don’t want to leave this stylish corner of Kefalonian heaven."

"Beautiful property!! Very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything was updated and new inside. Had everything we needed from shampoo to iron/ironing board. Property manager stayed in touch and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The view from the terrace was so calm and peaceful. Enjoyed having my coffee each morning and a glass of wine after dinner in the evening. Plenty of space for a family of 5!!!! We will miss the house!!!"

"Brilliant trip to Villa Sole and Kefalonia. The villa is perfect. 4 very large bedrooms, with a mixture of single and double beds, all with very good air-con. INCREDBILY clean with towel change and full villa clean every 3 or 4 days. The service we had from Panos the villa manager was exceptional both before and during our stay. Attentive and quick to respond to questions, Panos organised taxis, car rental, advised on restaurants any really made the trip a huge success. The Villa is located...
