"View and location are excellent. Staff very helpful. Our room was a little dated but your only in it to sleep. Morning sunrise over sea was beautiful. Platform next to sea to access for swimming and snorkel was excellent."

"The highlights of the stay were the excellent breakfast buffet. It was really impressive. The more the guests, the better the offerings. We were half board so had dinner as well. There weren’t enough guests on half board so there wasn’t a buffet but the hotel allowed us to order anything on the menu. The drinks on the last night were comped which was quite nice. Stella from F&B was a standout. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful and very understanding, helping us get comfortable at the hotel. The other staff member who helped us was the young man at the door. He helped create a great impression for the first time, we didn’t see him much so I couldn’t catch his name. The other staff especially front desk really lacked hospitality and bedside manner. Requests to answer questions or open the garage were met with “what!?” as though we spouted blasphemy. Very strange and uninviting. The hotel parking is convenient but kind of a pain to get in — you have to send someone up to front desk to have them open the gate while you hover there blocking the street. There are two pools and I would rate them as satisfactory because they are very small. The location is excellent. Just adjacent to the museum and our room had a wonderful view of the port and the water. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Overall very nice and clean , friendly staff and i would recommend this place. The only down side was the poor Wifi connection kept going in and out so if you need work done using your computer ,it will mess you up . NO AC in closed common public spaces like lobby hallways and etc."

"Everything about this hotel was great. I will definitely come back. A big shout out to some of the waiters and waitresses who looked after us: Zafeira, Zambia, Eva, Dinitris (both of them!). Thank you for looking after us ao well. You guys are amazing"

"Beautiful hotel with rooftop bar and gym, rooms are clean and spacious. Easy check in, staff were very friendly. Close to shops and restaurants . Located right across the street from the Heraklion port . I would definitely go back and strongly recommend this hotel."

"Gorgeous hotel, very modern and everything looks so lovely. Sunsets are beautiful. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is the food. I wasn’t blown away by it at all - even at the à la cartes."
