"Amazing service and hospitality. Clean place. Room/bed clean and comfy. A/C struggled to bring temperature to reasonable, however and we all struggled to sleep. My daughter ended up pulling her mattress off the bed to put it directly under the vent. "

"Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do.
