"We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. "The rooms are big and I had a very big balcony. The hotel WiFi doesn’t really work. Anytime I would connect, my device would drop off when I try to do anything. Not ideal if you want to remote work. The beds were really hard too, woke up with back pain and a headache. The breakfast was good and there is pool if you don’t want to swim in the sea. The resort is very quiet and relaxing."
