Nice large balconey. Pool was refreshing. You need to walk a bit for a good coffee or a drink as this place doesn't have any but its not that for to cafe amazon.

I had a decent stay. I reserved a pool view room which was convenient. The jacuzzi came in handy. It was nice to relax after a long day. Plenty of hot water also. Not far from the closest beach. I would stay again. Only negative was the refrigerator wasnt that cold.

I had a good stay at this location. It was a birthday trip. I got the pool level room. It was convenient for a swim. Not to far from the closest beach. You probably need a motorbike. Taxi services are more closer to the main rd. 10 min walk. The jacuzzi in the room came in handy also. Especially after a long day. Staff was very helpful. .

No one there otel was and still is closed

There was no one at this hotel when I went to check in. It Was closed hotels.com wasn’t aware of this as I told him and I asked for my money back in full the money has been taken from my bank account and nobody has sent this money back to me so far, so I would like to have the money back into my bank please, this is the only way I can communicate with this hotel.

amazing room

Great hotel but up in the hills so you need a bike or car unless you want to eat there. Stunning views and ok breakfast I wasn't disappointed with breakfast just have had better in Thailand If you are gold member you maybe upgraded to a fantastic room one of the best I have stayed in on the island(and have stayed at a lot) the room was big and everything amazing unfortunately check in was slow and though I should get early check in I did not get in room till 2pm which is unusual for Thailand I also was queried when I wanted late check out but got it sorted out in the end I wasnt told at check in I was upgraded maybe was new staff. The staff were all friendly and very nice . The gym is one of a few hotels I have stayed in that I would say is very good with lots of equipment and (for a hotel) a very good running machine Swimming pool is great and salt water as well would stay again depending on price at time but certainly left feeling happy

A few small changes would make this a really great

Comments based on room 3108, First let me say we would stay here again but would like to see some improvement. Good location, 10 min walk to a very nice beach and many good restaurants to choose from. Staff was helpful. The bed was a little firm for our liking but normal Thai bed. TV only had English channels for two news stations. This was a big turn off for us. Our room had a nice balcony with stove top and sink. The balcony was very nice to sit on while we had morning fruit and coffee.This area was often forgotten when the room was cleaned. Trash was not removed and dishes not washed. Dish drainage rack looked very old and dirty. They did provide 2, plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses, 2 spoons, 2 forks and 1 very dull steak type of knife. It would be nice to have a sharper knife so you can cut fruit and 2 butter knives. It would have nice to have a dish type of towel to use around the sink and the 2 pots were very old and looked dirty (we did not use them). Toaster, water pot and larger frig with ice cube trays was a plus. The bathroom was nice, with larger bath towels but no hand towles. Maid service was spotty sometimes coming late in the day.
