Located North East of the Island in Bophut. The Residence is located up a hill near to the Big Budda and small beach and opposite the Plai Laem Temple, Plai Laem and all shops and Tong Song Bay Beach and 12 minute walking distance Cheong Mon Village and a beautiful bay beach with massages restaurants , & Bangrak and beach.
10 minutes derive to Fisherman's Village.
12 minutes drive to Chaweng Beach and bars and Central Festival Shopping Center and Tops Supermarket. It is up a cliff ( hence the views and breeze ) which is easily reached from the road but a 5 minute steep walk up hill from the local shops.

Electric and water are chargeable by meter reading. (Approximately 2 euros a day my guests tell me.) Please switch off when you go out.

A refundable damage
of B10,000 THB is required (or equivalent chosen currency ) £200.00 GBP on check in (unless paid on Homeaway website.)
Check out with the Electric & Water meter reading This is refunded on Check Out.
Please give your return flight details to Reception to organize a return transfer to Airport if needed. Return transfer is B300 THB .
Enjoy lounging by the pool & get fit in gym with the views or a cold drink at the coffee shop.

The Bay Condo is managed by the friendly team at the office on site. Trips to Islands and car and motorcycle hire and trips can be organised.
Located in the heart of Koh Samui, North East of the Island and up a hill which is easily reached. off the Plai Laem Road, close to Wat Plai Laem Temple and the Big Budda.
5 minutes to Sunset Cafe for a sunset drink.

Samui Airport is 8 minutes drive. Suggest check out 2 hours before flight and book taxi day before with staff B300 THB.
Walking distance too Cheong Mon and beaches of Plai Laem / or Bangrak beach, shops Temples and Big Budda & cafes.
Local Fish market with Vegetables & Fruit.
Cheong Mon beach and town is 12 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive.
Tong Song Bay ( by Melati hotel) 5 minutes drive , a quiet picture postcard beach and restaurant with Thai food, Sandwiches, juices and drinks.
Big Budda 5 minutes walk to see sunset.
Chaweng beach Town and supermarkets
and the lively area is 10 minutes drive.
Fisherman Village in Bophut is 10 minutes drive. Enjoy romantic dinners and a good night market - Walking street Night market on Fridays evenings.

The Studio is a self catering Apartment with a fully equiped kitchen.

A car or good scooters are recommend to get around the Island. (Good engine to get up the hill. ) Please ask me for recommendation.
The Airport is 8 minutes drive.

A car or scooter is recommended to get around the Island and up hill.
Can walk up in approximately 5 minutes. Keep fit !!
