Le personnel au restaurant et très serviable et souriant avec les enfants. C’est la 2 eme fois que je séjourne dans cette hôtel et la dernière fois , aucun professionnalisme de la part du manager quand nous lui faisons part de notre désagrément il répète sans cesse qu’il comprend mais ne fait rien aucune réaction !

Беспардонное хамство горничной. Грязный номер постоянно! Открытые намеки что за чистоту нужно платить. Полотенца грязные складывала обратно , как-будто они свежие . Это очень разочаровывало. Сам отель не плохой. Остальной персонал очень воспитан и приветлив. Все было хорошо, кроме чистоты номера

Välj annat hotell, inte prisvärt!

Bokade rum för två vuxna och två barn (9 och 13 år) När vi skulle checka in så fanns bara en dubbel säng på rummet och vi var tvungen att betala 22.000 bhat extra för att barnen skulle få egna sängar på rummet. De menade att enligt thailändsk standard så kunde ett barn sova på soffan och ett i dubbelsängen med oss vuxna. I bokningen står det tydligt att de är två vuxna och två barn (där även barnens ålder är angivet) som bokat hotell i 10 dager. I övrigt ohjälpsam personal och allt på hotellet som ex mat och dryck har överpris jämfört med hotellen runt omkring.

Sehr freundliches Personal absolut alle sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer Hill Side (man muss über die Straße bei Buchung Hill Side). Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gemacht. Super Pool ! Getränke am Pool zu teuer. Der Strand sehr klein konnte teilweise wenn das Wasser hoch was nicht genutzt werden, dafür ein Minus. Im gross und ganzen haben wir uns gut gefüllt. 2 Personen mit 2 Kleinkinder

Husk at book værelse ved stranden

Novotel er altid en positiv oplevelse målt på kvalitet kontra pris. Koh Samui Novotel er ingen undtagelse. Dog er der hovedbygning ned til vandet & med stor pool som denne anmeldelse gælder for, bygningen på den anden side af vejen er slet ikke sammenlignelig og ville få en anden vurdering.

ホテルからビーチへ繋がっていて、プールで遊んだり海で遊んだりとでき、子供達は1日中遊んでいました。 海はどこまでも続く遠浅で、またとても綺麗な水質で子供を遊ばせるのに安心でした。 遠浅過ぎて泳ぐことはできなかったですが、綺麗な海にとても感動しました。 ホテルの部屋はとても広くて、古いとは思いますが清潔感もあり大満足でした。 アメニティーが良く不足していましたが、電話をするとすぐに持ってきてくれたので問題はなかったです。 フロントのスタッフは愛想がなかったですが、ガードマンのおじさんは、とても愛想がいい方でした。 朝食はいつも同じメニューでしたが、品数もありました。 卵料理もオーダーすると作ってくださいます。 コンビニは歩いて3分ぐらいの所にあり、とても便利でした。 また、ランドリーはホテルの横にあり助かりました。 チャウエンビーチの繁華街からは少し離れているので、ソンテウなどを使っての移動になりますが、静かでのんびりしたい方にはオススメです。 子連れのファミリーの宿泊が多いようでした。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

家族旅行で使用、非常に満足のいく滞在でした。オススメします。

子供2人と計4人でヒルサイド スーペリアの予約でしたが、一番ビーチに近く、朝食のレストランにもすぐ行け、バルコニーから直接プールにアクセスできるファミリールームにアップグレードしていただきました。部屋・バスルームともに非常に広く2段ベッドも子供がとても喜んで、快適なホテルステイができました。 レンタカーを借りましたが、部屋の近くに駐車しておけるのは、ヒルサイドのメリットですね。部屋を出てすぐ車に乗れるので、出かけるのが億劫でなく、便利でした。 清潔度のマイナスはプールの水質です。十分ではありますが、もうひと頑張りしてほしいです。 周辺エリアは、食事のできるレストランはすぐ近くに数軒あり手頃で美味しかったので十分ですが、散策したいと思うほど何かがあるわけでは無い、という評価です。

Absolutely loved this place. The staff were extremely friendly and pools and grounds were kept very clean. It’s located right on the beach although we stayed on the mountain side it wasn’t that big a drama crossing the road. It’s a bit out of town but if you hire a scooter as we did that’s not a problem. Would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about going to Koh Samui.

よくない口コミもあったので少し心配しながらいきましたがとてもよかったです。 最もビーチ側の2階のお部屋でした。 到着してすぐおしぼりとウェルカムドリンクをいただきました。チェックインは、少し待ちましたが、ロビーの雰囲気もよくくつろぎながら待てました。 スタッフのかたの英語もきれいな発音で聞き取りやすく、こちらは話すのは得意ではありませんが、一生懸命きいてくださる方が多かったです。 部屋は広くて清潔、すごしやすいです。 ホテルにはよくありますが夜になるとライトが暗いのが少しは不便でした。 プールはファミリーがおおく、子供はとても気に入っていました。おなかがすいたらプールサイドのレストランで注文できます。ピザが220バーツくらいでした。 朝食ビュッフェは品数も多く美味しかったです。 ビーチのすぐそばでたべるのは最高でした。 海はとてもきれいかと期待したのですが、8月だから？濁っていたり藻があったりして少し残念な感じでした。乾季だとまた違うのでしょうか。 街の中心まで歩くのは子連れには大変でした。ミトラレストランまで30分くらいでした。大人だけでしたら、まわりをみながら楽しみながら歩けると思います。 すぐそばに両替もあります。5分くらいいくと、マッサージのフレンド(全身1時間200バーツ)、コンビニもあります。坂道で舗装がよくないですが、タイらしくていいと思います。 とてもよい思い出になりました。

口コミからコスパと繁華街から少し離れる点で選びました。 気づいたことを思いつきですがあげておきます。 ・スタッフの笑顔がよく親切で、私の単語羅列の英語も、なんとか理解してくれようとしてくれました。 ・海がチェウエンビーチと比較してきれい。（というか、チェウエンビーチは汚い） ・砂州の沖は水がきれい。 ・チェウエンビーチまで海辺を歩くと結構近い。 ・部屋は口コミ通り広い。 ・コンセントは日本からのでそのまま使用できた。 ・蚊／ハエが多い　・・・このホテルだけでなく、サムイ島全般に。 ・朝食　　　　　　・・・口コミではよいとの意見が多くありましたが、あまり、食べるものがなかった。あと、ハエがたかっていて、気になった。 ・海がくさかった。となりのホテルとの境目から海へ汚水らしき水が流れこんでいたからか。。。 　海は財産だと思うのでこれは何とかしたほうがいいのでは。。。 ・砂州の手前はぬるく淀み気味。 ・チェウエンビーチまで道路を歩くのは歩道がなく、アップダウンがありつらい。（最寄りのコンビニまで結構ある） ・建物は古さが感じられる。 スタッフの対応がよく好感がもてる。 コスパはいい。

Good family hotel

Spend 10 days at Novotel Chaweng beach, and was all in all happy about the stay. The hotel staff is very friendly, 2 nice pool areas and location directly at the beach and a short walk away from the center of Chaweng beach was perfect for a family holiday.
