"What a great place to stay. And like previous reviewers have mentioned it's the management/owners that make this place special. From our pick up at the ferry docks to our departure in a hired van to the nearest airport that the hotel arranged our stay was wonderful. "Really good find, so good we stayed an extra night at a days notice. Seems the double rooms here get booked up quickly but the twin was easy to rebook. Spacious room, good modern shower room, good size balcony and super comfy beds. Cats galore here, im more of a dog person but was taken in by the 7 felines. Owners really lovely, messaged in advance of check in to see if we needed collecting from the car ferry at Koh Lanta Noi, left us chocolates on our NYD room clean. Highly recommended. "

"Pretty decent budget hotel. We were reasonably comfortable there. The bungalows are detached which means you don't hear the noise of the neighbours which is good. They provide breakfast which is a bonus and a paid for laundry service which we used. There was also a small safe in the room which was good. The couple who ran it were nice. It's a bit out of town which meant it was quiet but a bit of a hike up a hill to get back. We didn't have a scooter so were walking. The rooms could probably do...

"We we’re in koh lanta 10 days so we decided to book 5 nights at la chambre and then find another hotel. Upon our arrival, the general manager was nice but didn’t really speak english. When we got to our room it looked "nice" but it was actually really filthy there was literally webs hanging from everywhere on the ceilings and the walls are full of stains. Anyways we paid about 29$ for that hotel room so that’s not that bad but there was also a lot of ants everywhere so you could not leave food...

"It's not that the pictures on the site looks better, the pictures are not from the actual rooms. There was no water or shower, no TV, on the next room still no TV, no windows, no ventilation, wrong kind of bed than advertised, (a sgl bed instead of a queen bed, no frigobar, no tv. There is just 1 staff that's way overloaded with work, she tries her best, but don't expect to find her around the reception in case you need anything."

"The room was nice. Nothing special. Hard bed(which I like) very nice view from my room of the ocean. Now here are the downfalls, which for these reasons I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there. The hotel is far from the port, which means you need to take a water taxi which is about 30 min away. "OMG!!!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ENOUGH. It is just in a perfect perfect perfect location, barely 8 min walk from the Tonsai pier. More importantly, their pool on the beach with a swim up bar is Just VIEWS FOR DAYS. They have hammocks & movies on the beach & the rooms aren't just rooms but private tiny bungalows all made out of Bamboo. This resort is so cutely luxurious & the staff & service is so friendly. DO NOT MISS. [yes, you will hear party noises till late from the opposite beach but you're in Phi Phi, so ...]"
