"Loved staying at this hotel everything was in walking distance and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would say is that it gets quite noisy at night. A few nights about 1am noticed other hotel guests were partying down by the pool area which is in the middle of all the guest rooms they were very loud and quite rude. I think the hotel should monitor this more better so that it doesn’t happen and discomfort other people staying in the resort. "

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and great location for the ferry. However, the room was advertised as 33 metres but was more like 18 metres. They must be including the outdoor patio area which is completely misleading to guests. The room was tiny with no desk or chair, and nowhere to put your suitcase. Also, during my 3-night stay, we had no water 3-4 times and had to wait 1-1.5 hours for it to be fixed. This is disappointing and not good enough for when your time is limited to go...

"Main pool needs to be cleaned, very dirty, hair, things floating in it and the sides of it very dirty. The beach front is not for swimming. It is rocky, shallow, dead coral, and lots of garbage floating in it. It is about a 45 min walk or 20 min grab to get to a nice beach. Garden pool is great. The entire garden area is much nicer. "

"The property adopts a very good concept to be in good harmony with the nature! The ocean view from the villa, restaurants and the spa is spectacular. All staff members are friendly and helpful. To enable this hotel to stay competitive, the facilities such as the toilet and faucet can be renovated. The food quality of the restaurants can also be improved."

"We had a room with a plunge pool which we used quite often and it was nice to relax in to beat the heat, especially on evenings. Room was spacious and plenty of outside space to relax and hang washing etc. One slight annoyance was the fact mosquitoes somehow were getting in throughout the night even though we had all doors and windows locked and I got bit quite a few times even with repellent on. "Tongsai Bay is the perfect place to go when you’re in need of rest and recovery. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the staff are always busy meeting guest requests and the pool area right on the beach is perfect for relaxation."
