"If you’re wondering where to stay in Pattaya, I would definitely recommend Amber hotel. The staff was fantastic. The restaurant was perfect. The room was very nice. I like that. The air conditioner worked really well and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very clean and people are cleaning all the time. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The room was very quiet. I didn’t hear anything from outside. it would be hard for me not to stay here again I liked it so much."

"ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่เราจองแบบ VIP จากแอพ ไม่ได้อัพเกรดห้องอะไรค่ะ มีเรื่องติแค่เรื่องเดียว คือสระว่ายน้ำเด็ก รอบๆพื้นลื่นมากๆ มีเด็กเล็กลื่นหัวกระแทกพื้นตอนเราพาลูกเราไปเล่น ตอนจะเลิกเล่น น้องเราก็ลื่นขาฉีก เนื่องจากเป็นพื้นที่ของเด็กเล็ก ทางโรงแรมควรให้ความสำคัญ เอาอะไรที่มันหนืดๆเกาะเท้าได้ดีมาปูรอบๆสระส่วนของเด็กก็ดีค่ะ (ไปศึกษาตามโรงเรียนสอนเด็กเล็กว่ายน้ำได้ค่ะ ว่าเขาให้วัสดุแบบไหนปูรอบสระ) ถ้าไม่ปรับปรุงข้อนี้ วันนึงอาจจะมีเด็กเจ็บตัวถึงขั้นเลือดตกยางออกหรือถึงชีวิตได้นะคะ ผู้ปกครองที่ไปพักเพื่อพาน้องๆไปเล่นน้ำตรงสระเด็ก ต้องระมัดระวังปล่อยเด็กเดินคนเดียวไม่ได้ค่ะ แล้วก็ห้ามวิ่ง ต้องค่อยๆเดิน ขนาดน้องเราใส่รองเท้าอยู่ยังลื่นเลย"

"The staff was wonderful and the hotel is amazing. The breakfast has so many choices and everything is attended to so the food is always refreshed and in order. The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment and weights for a good workout. I didn’t swim, but the water park looked incredible and everyone there was having a great time. You can walk right into the huge shopping mall from the lobby, which has every store you can think of, as well as dozens of restaurants. Great place to stay in Pattaya."
