"1 night, suite room. Absolutely great value for a suite with a patio. Hotel also has lots of free amenities (bath items etc). The suite has a kitchen and a washer dryer in the bathroom which was very helpful (takes a long time to dry so plan ahead). Location of the hotel has it's pros and (debatably) cons as it's close enough to the railway and has a park,7-eleven, as well as a small shopping mall with decent sized food court. "Very good location, less than 5 minutes walk to Shimbashi night life street and subway. Loads of food options. Stayed in the Annex building, overall is fine, but not as convenient to use the washing machine as it is in the main building. The dryer was also rather weak, had to run almost 2 hours to dry a small load."
