The communication was fast and informative, even before we settled into the hotel. We recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Amsterdam for the first time because the location is phenomenal and the hotel is in good condition and has all amenities. "

"We spent our last five nights at MercedesB&B. The location was really handy to many attractions in Amsterdam. Isobel was very helpful, and with just a mention she had already ordered our ride to the airport five days later, at no cost to us. Breakfast was included at a lovely restaurant/coffee shop about one block away. Both she and her husband were a wealth of information. I hope we have this same luck getting accommodation when travelling to other destinations."

"Great location with less than 10min walking from Amsterdam Centraal station. Most major tourism places and tram stops are also quite close. I really enjoyed the trip with the property at the center of the old small town, Amsterdam. I would like to emphasize however that the property is a guest house, not a hotel. No hotel like services with reception/concierge are available. It is mixture of air b&b and hotel. It has kitchen, laundry, towel replacement everyday, room/bed cleaning everyday. ...
