"I stayed here for a full week on an academic research trip, and had a wonderful experience. The people who run the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful with everything. It's fairly basic, but was nevertheless extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean, the wifi and air conditioning were consistent and reliable, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a huge plus. It is served at the neighboring restaurant, which offers a choice of Western breakfast (eggs and toast) or Indian breakfast (a rotation of 3 different meals). The Indian breakfast was always superb, and very filling. It was often my favorite meal of the day! I would recommend this place very highly."

"Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The gym was disappointing as all the cardio equipment did not work and was not cleaned regularly. The massages at the Spa were excellent and the swimming pool was clean. "
