"It wasn't easy to find but worth the effort. Thoughtfully furnished with the essentials for comfortable living. My room had an amazing & unexpected view from the window. Parking if you're lucky, but an excellent tram service close by."

"Excellent We wanted a room with character, a balcony, kitchen, and soaking tub and this delivered. Staff was kind and accommodating. This apartment style spot added old world style to our Krakow visit. We enjoyed being able to relax when not touring the city and salt mine"

"Check in and check out really easy. Didn't have breakfast but same price as in town. Hot tub amazing, as was benefit of hot tub. Would be useful to have another bed side cabinet, but guess hard to find as specific colour design and type of furniture for room. Extra rail in bathroom would be useful for bath towel to hand after use. Overall would recommend as location to town and station spot on"

"Staff exceptional helpful and the hotel is in a great place to visit the old town and the restaurants and bars in the Jewish quarter. Hotel staff allowed us in the restaurant 20 minutes before it opened when we had an early morning start twice. Excellent customer service. "
