"Von Anfang an war der Aufenthalt komisch. Obwohl meine Buchung konfirmiert war, wurde ich im Hotel überhaupt nicht erwartet. Der Manager hatte keine Ahnung über "Hotels.com". Letztlich habe ich ein Zimmer bekommen, das rein war aber nicht erwärmt und wurde auch nicht viel wärmer während der Nacht, ..."

"Hotel and staff were excellent, food as well. Room was good but there was a stench in the bathroom that was not pleasant, however, management fixed this so all in all we very pleasant surprised with this only being a 3 star hotel.
