"building amazing, waterpark amazing but room looked cheap with kitchen and furniture and beds requiring upgrading. All household quality not commercially fitted out and needs interior designer employed. Although called Athena it actually apartments owned by them inside the Atlantis resort so confusing. no reception and you have to phone them first for them to meet you with the keys."

"Everything great except the pool color was not good. It was green not blue. Couldn't see a few meters down to my legs. So, needless to say the water was quite murky. I did take a dip in it, but was a bit fearful because the color wasn't attractive although I'm sure it was fine health wise. "部屋のタイプを変更したつもりが、行って見たら同じホテル系の別のホテルと言われソンテウを手配してもらい、該当ホテルに移動しました。 ホテルというより実質はサービスアパートです。日中は受け付けスタッフがいますが、深夜早朝は不在になり、同じ系列のホテルにはスタッフがいるので、連絡電話番号を教えてもらっておきました。スタッフに友人に場所を連絡するための目印か分かり易い案内方法を尋ねたが、ネームカードの住所しか答えないし、近所にマッサージ、食事店、ランドリーの店を尋ねたが答えられず、困りました。通勤時間帯の周辺の道はとても込みました。室内は清掃はされており清潔でしたが、些か不快な臭いもして、再度宿泊したいとは思いません。"

"The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...
