There are some gaps and holes. - gaps on AC exhausts to the wall attachment - street noise is too much sometimes but this can be fix with dual pane Window. Just suggestion. - no ramp for luggage Positive: - location is good - food around the area are good "

"The place was in a great location very close to Waikiki with beautiful views. The pool was a great option and was nice a cool on a hot day. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Waikiki or a 7 Lyft ride. Parking is tricky if you plan on trying to find free spots on the street so keep that in mind. Great little studio for 1-2 people! "

"Building over all ratings were referring to the building itself and surrounding areas GOOD. The terrible ratings are referring only to Room 916 itself, which gets the worst ratings. No Hot Water for the first two and a half days on bathroom and kitchen sinks, leaking water from under the refrigerator reporting all to property staff. Mold in the bathtub, wall edge molding around the tub missing causing scraping to leg and knees, bathroom sink drawer’s falling out unsecured only 2 towels in room....
