"The staff were amazing! There was some confusion about our rooms being in separate buildings but the ladies on reception sorted this out very quickly and professionally! The reception staff are a true credit to the hotel! The porters were always there with a smile and the breakfast team were great too! Breakfast was a great mix of fresh fruit, salad, bread items as well as an egg station and Thai options too. We were sad to leave because we had such a great time! The hotel is a 5 minute walk...

"We were very happy with our 3 night stay in an outdoor pool balcony room. We knew this resort catered to families. We booked this room and it was a wonderful way to escape the chaos at the main pools. We were so happy that our little pool was in the sunshine most of the day! Breakfast was a busy spot, but we found lots of options including the egg station which was great. We didn't have any other meals at the hotel and there isn't really a bar to end the day. There are so many options...

"Das Zimmer/ der Bungalow hat uns sehr gut gefallen, kleinigkeiten wie der Wasserdruck und die Baustelle im hintergrund störten etwas, aber das machte die Natur und das drum herum wieder gut, auch die süsse Katze (wir nannten sie Minki) war das Highlight für uns! Hoffe es kümmern sich alle vom Zimmer C3 gut um die süsse Maus 🐈 "
