Fantastisk beliggenhed, dejlig fin strand i den vestlige side. Lidt larm fra Long tails. Fyldt strand om dagen. Morgen og aften er bedre når der ikke er dagsturister ved stranden. Fin walking street med restauranter tæt på hotellet. Phra Nang strand kun 10 minutters gang fra hotellet.
Meget hjælpsom personale, super service. Dejlig morgenmad. Restauranten er også ok til frokost og aftensmad. Poolen blev ikke brugt da man skulle være meget tidlig op for at kunne finde en ledig liggestol.

Was spot on for overnighting before an early flight.
Room minimalistic but immaculate.
Outlet village a short walk to the right was good to spend some time wandering around out of the heat.
Great little open air restaurant on same side of the road 5 minutes walk to the right, in the shadow of the Nap hotel.
Taxi to airport 250 baht.

The experience at this hotel was unbelievable. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. We had a beach pool villa and I can't even express how beautiful it was. When we arrived the tub in the restroom was prepared with flower petals floating in the water. The views from this hotel were gorgeous! and it was so nice to have the beach just for the hotels is the area. Not crowded at all. We took a couple of trips to see other islands nearby and it was great!

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

First off, brilliant hotel. One of the best on the island. Beautiful bungalows and 5 star spa, amazing vibe. And perfect food. Service was wonderful. Bond who is the manager is likely one of the best hotel managers in the region and was super helpful with everything and we really appreciated it.
Only thing we would note is that its not the best beach and the better beach is on the other side of the island.

The bungalows and cottages are so cute with the most beautiful woodwork. Outdoor pool looked very nice. Beach area disappears almost completely at low tide, which was cool for nature walks.
Being close to the ocean, some wood, especially on the steps up to the cottage were a little soft / mild humidity rot. There are a lot of wild and stray dogs in town, so if you are not a dog person, this may not be the right area for you.
Overall, would recommend this to anyone feeling a little adventurous...
