"Ideal place small family. We used it as a place near to Alton towers which is only a 10-15 min drive. A lovely setting very relaxing. There is everything you need for a short stay. Room for improvement.. but don’t most places? Would go back again"

"The lodge was perfect for 2 couples and a great base for walking in the Peak District. The lodge its self was clean and cosy and had the bonus of the hot tub to sooth achy limbs! Check in was very simple and secure & communication with the manager was fantastic and very prompt. There is a great pub 15 mins walk from the lodge The Plough Inn, which server great food , I would recommend booking to eat there as it was very busy. "The hotel had a really nice vibe. Decor was modern but had character and a welcoming, comfortable feel. Loved the eco-consciousness, welcome drinks on arrival, staff were polite and friendly, the lighting was very nice and relaxing, food was great. Would be nice to have some more storage in the rooms but that’s our only suggestion for improvement. "

Airport stopover

"Hotel is a few minutes walk from Airport train station Check in swift Modern rooms, with tea coffee machine steamer & good hairdryer. Small pod shower room. Had a meal in the restaurant and drinks. Ok prices for hotel Will book again for my August trip. "

"Big room, clean property, perfect location. The bed is very very soft! We ended up using the sofa bed which was very comfy. There also isn’t a tv in the bedroom, so stopping on the sofa bed in the lounge area was better as we could also watch tv. Easy to get hold of on WhatsApp. Keysafe feels safe. 10/10 would recommend "
