"Perfect location"

"This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc"

"The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to where we were doing things. Host was good to communicate with us. The only difficulty we had was with parking, but the host was good to offer alternatives. I would be willing to rent from this host again."

"Fantastic in every way. Interestingly quirky without being weird. Quiet. Great lighting. Convenient parking."

"Loved the place will go back"

"We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

"Perfect for two people. Close to the city, great walking area, food options. Clean and comfortable."

"Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!"

"Location was great. It was very good for what we needed."

"The apartment is a convenient distance to downtown Knoxville. Grocery store, gas station and pharmacy are also all close by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again."

"Loved this property and its proximity to cool spots. Would stay again."

"Excellent location! Super cute loft."
