The house is in a great location, quiet, safe, updated perfectly, and incredibly clean. The room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful details for travelers. The covered porch attached to our room was the perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area!"

The farm property with the 18th century home, outbuildings, cattle and neighborhood for walking, afforded us time for truly enjoying our time together. "My wife and I were staying here for our wedding day that was taking place up the road. This stay was one of our favorites that we have done. The owners are vwry patient and responsive. The guest suit is very clean and comfortable with alot of natural light. I definitely recommend this property. Also, they dogs that live on the property are great and will greet you outside."

"My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. "This was hands-down our favorite VRBO/vacation home that we’ve stayed in. Between the views, the decks, cleanliness, comfortability, and the fact that it was completely stocked with everything we needed, it was perfect! We got married 20 minutes from the house and had our whole bridal party stay there with us. There was enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and just space in general for everyone to feel comfortable. "Loved everything about this wonderful little house in the woods. We enjoyed the peace and quiet while relaxing on the front porch or by the fire pit. We visited Harpers Ferry and Antietam Battlefield during our stay and had the best time. Bonnie and George were great hosts. They suggested things to see and do in the area. They thought of everything when deciding to open up their home for others to enjoy. Would like to stay again in the future, especially during the fall season."
