"Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it."
"Nice property, well maintained. Very convenient as it was right next to Lime Street Railroad station. Unfortunately the room was an oven. With temperatures running in the mid-80's, it was HOT. No A/C, and the window only opens an inch. Not enough fresh air getting in the room. We spent a hot night with a loud fan running. Not a pleasant stay. Lodging in this part of the world needs to get into the 21st century and get some level of temperature control."
"Room was fine, small but very clean. Lovely shower. Floor in shower room is very shiny tile and very slippy when wet. Bathmat not rubber backed so slid over bathroom floor. Very dangerous. Needs a non slip shower mat or there will be a bad accident."
"Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. They were the saving grace for this hotel!
The room was dirty. The plug hole was disgusting, there were black spots on the wall and ceiling. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. The windows would close but not lock. That being said the sheets were clean. The room was poorly decorated. Only a small light worked.
You get what you pay for - the room was cheap but even to basic standards this was way below!"
