"Lovely hosts very welcoming and cater for every need. Comfiest bed in a hotel room we have stayed in. Breakfast was included in the rate, and was the tastiest full English. Would definitley stay again for another wedding in Bromyard "

"My wife and I stayed at the Elms for a one night stay as a birthday treat. The hotel is a beautiful building set in pretty park grounds. There was ample parking. Check-in staff were brilliant! Very friendly and professional. The gentleman helped us carry our luggage to the top floor which could be a bit of a hike for less mobile people or someone who struggles with stairs. The Spa area is very quirky and has everything you need to relax for a few hours. The outdoor jacuzzi is a nice touch. We had a wonderful meal in the Badger Bar and Grill. The quality of the food was amazing and the service was first class! My wife and I were very impressed with how professional and friendly the young serving staff were throughout our 3 course meal. It makes so much difference to have attentive and pleasant staff! breakfast the next morning was also excellent with plenty of choice and a different set of staff who were equally as good as the previous dinner shift. Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely return."

"Although we arrived later than anticipated the staff could not have been more helpful. The polite young man on duty showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, having everything we needed for our stay, including a comfortable bed. Our evening meal was excellent, with a varied menu to choose from. Breakfast likewise was very good. We cannot speak too highly of the inn."

"Only there for one night but had 20% off food and drink through Hotels.com due to loyalty scheme. The hotel facilities were excellent and the food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfeast. As well as the location being perfect for visiting local sites we would have to commend the staff for their helpful attitude."
