Everything needed was at the accomodation, but mainly dined out in the numerous cafe/bar restaurants . Property tastefully decorated with large windows allowing streams of light in. Highly recommend."

"Recently had a long weekend here and it really is a fabulous place to stay. Situated just outside Blankenberge, it is a perfect location for the beaches, the lovely bars and restaurants in the town centre (some of the best food in Europe) and also a great base for adventuring to other towns and cities. The house was easy to find, impeccably clean, spacious and well laid out. Contact with the owner was easy and is very friendly. "man bezahlt eine Endreinigung (60 Euro) und das Objekt ist verdreckt, selbst der Müll des Vormieters stand noch im Garten eine beworbene Spülmaschine ist (wahrscheinlich seit 2021) defekt, notwendige Gemeinde-Müllsäcke werden zwar als vorhanden beschrieben, gibt es aber nicht, Badezimmer rostet vor sich hin, wir haben sogar Schimmelflecken im Haus gefunden :( Alle Mängel hier aufzuzeigen sprengt die Feedbackseite! Beschwerde-E-Mails werden erst gar nicht beantwortet. Für uns: NIE WIEDER"

"We 4 retired ladies from the USA enjoyed our 12 night stay in this apartment. The location was great. We could easily walk to the main squares, the canals, the museums and good restaurants. We were in a quiet neighborhood. A grocery store was nearby. We appreciated having a washer and a dryer. Katrien was a gracious hostess and got us wonderful seats for the Procession of the Holy Blood, a parade held in May. Katrien promptly replied to text messages and helped us with taxi service. I recommend...

"Great quiet location a few minutes walk from the city centre. You can walk to pretty much everything. We got an uber from the station (€13) but walked everywhere else. A few bars and restaurants nearby. House has everything you need including chair and tables on a balcony. Warning … stairs are very steep and are not suitable for young children, older people of anyone with mobility issues. Communication with host was great. We loved Bruges and the Nest was a great base."

"It's possible that I should have read the description more closely, but I was expected a private villa, perhaps behind the host's home? That's not the case. You are staying in a semi-private part of someone's home with them. It is a beautiful home, and the owners were very nice. Still, I was thrown at first after an exhausting day of travel - so just be aware. It was nice to have bikes available to us, but know none are kid-sized and they're not in the best of shape. Still, it was fun to ride...

"Wie hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Es liegt leider an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, aber dafür gibt es reichlich Ohrstöpsel wenn es einen im Schlaf stört. Es ist alles gut erreichbar und im Garten konnten die Kinder laufen und spielen. Vielen Dank für die Vorbereitung des Babybettchens und die nette Kommunikation."

"Het appartement op de zeedijk (3e verdieping) is mooi ingericht voor het verblijf met 2 volwassenen, 2 kinderen en een huisdier. Frontaal zeezicht vooraan, een terrasbalkon achteraan, een fietsenstalling op -1. Enige minpunten tijdens ons verblijf: er was geen elektriciteit/verlichting in de badkamer en de TV werkte niet. Enkele opfrissingswerken zijn dus nodig in dus zeer aangenaam appartement."

"The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "
