"Ollie could not do enough to make us feel welcome, the rooms were spotless and had everything you needed But really stood out was the fact our ferry was cancelled and had to book another night at last minute, he had no problem with doing this and when asked how much we owed him on check out he would accept any money, just said he was please could make our inconvenience a little better, this will now be our favourite accommodation when visiting family, amazing stay! "This stay five was out of this world. This is a historic castle that has amazing public areas and the private rooms are warm and inviting. Staff was helpful and hands off unless you needed assistance, the main dining room had French service and breakfast in the solarium was a great start to our day. They even had had a visit from Santa and an albino wallabe. "
