"Not sure how I managed to book this one. Unfortunately having to drag suitcases up two flights of stairs is far from enjoyable. Lovely lady host but extremely strict rules on arrivals and departures. The room whilst clean did not have a lot going for it sadly. Nothing to drink a beer or wine from apart from your tea/coffee cup. For the money compared to other stays on this trip the price was well up there. Parking is an issue but it very handy to walk to town. Choose wisely."

"We loved the personal touch and family feel. Iian was so welcoming and helpful and such a nice man. The room was very clean including the bathroom I would highly recommend staying when in Inverness."

"Great location to use as a stepping off point anywhere nearby. Lots of castles, Inverness and all the shops. A great place to stay and will come back again!"

"The Cnoc Hotel is such a hidden gem! It’s an adorable bed & breakfast hidden away with phenomenal service. Duncan was so kind and helpful to us. The hotel is extremely clean and very charming. The breakfast was delicious as well!"

"The room is very close to the Inverness train station. Very good for transiting through. I stayed over night so it was functional for me. There was a shower but towels did not seem fresh. Bed is not comfortable so if you stay for more than one night it might not work well for you."
