I went to the front desk with my complain, thanks to CARRIE for changing me to another room which was big, clean, quiet and really beautiful. I even added another night stay because I felt so happy. Carrie keep it up you are the best. All the way from the USA you treated me the best. The breakfast is really good. Juliet USA"

"It is set in beautiful grounds, part of the Nottingham University campus and we found it to be very quiet, almost serene. There is an outdoor sitting area overlooking a lake. It is slightly unusual in comparison to a regular hotel, the layout is obviously geared to meetings and conferences but not an issue. The reception area doubles up as a bar in the evening. The rooms are huge and are well decorated, with all the usual facilities that you need. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good value and free parking which is a bonus! The only real gripe we have was the cost of taxis to get you into town as it is about 4 miles away and you certainly don’t want to be using your car. The prices varied between £11 and £14 for a journey there and late at night it cost £24 to get a taxi back to the hotel late at night. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel again."
