"Fine for an overnight stay next to the highway, but disappointing for a Van der Valk hotel. Some good points: easy location, ample free parking, and large rooms with balconies. However this hotel clearly isn’t run to the same high standards as others in the chain. The decor has bumps, scrapes and marks everywhere, and it’s not acceptable to let black mould grow in the shower. "

The member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special nothing was too much trouble.. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every little touch thought of to make us feel at home. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the atmosphere. It feels luxurious yet relaxed, elegant yet inviting. Whether we were enjoying the facilities, relaxing in our room, or exploring the surroundings, we felt completely cared for.
