"Had a wonderful trip. Everyone was very friendly, breakfast was always hot and everything was very clean. They provided plenty of towels and supplies for the rooms and in the pool area. They were helpful with directions as well to new visitors to the area. Everyone and everything was above board. Only one suggestion, there are alot of travelers especially on the weekends and they particularly like to fill up their thermases with coffee and were out of coffee for the dine in breakfast eaters. Could improve on that."

"Absolutely perfect for our group stay. We had 10 adults and 7 kids, and the home’s spacious layout made it incredibly comfortable for everyone. We never felt crowded — there was plenty of room to gather, relax, and spread out.The cleanliness stood out immediately, and the furnishings were high‑quality, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The AC kept the entire house cool even on the hottest days, which was a lifesaver with such a large group.The fully stocked kitchen was another highlight. It had everything we needed to cook big meals, and the space made it easy for multiple people to prep food at once.We also loved how close the property is to Clear Lake Park — it made it incredibly convenient for us to head over for swimming and picnicking. Being able to enjoy the lake so easily was a huge bonus for our group.Finally, the in‑person check‑in and check‑out with the host was seamless and genuinely appreciated. They were welcoming, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy.We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended."
Spacious 7-bedroom house on the Lake, with AC, WiFi, in peaceful Menomonie WI

"Our family of 14 stayed at this property for four nights. We range in age from 7 to 74. This was the perfect site for our gathering. The home is large, roomy and comfortable. When weather kept us inside, there was something for everyone to do, including pool table, ping-pong, table, workout room, arcade, multiple sitting areas with lake views, game table and screened in deck areas. When we could be outdoors, there was a fire ring, ample firewood, volleyball, net and trampoline. We put all to good use! We rented a pontoon from a local marina, which allowed us to cruise around the lake. Sunsets over the lake were gorgeous! I do think it would be helpful for people to know that there are 82 steps down to the lake. While we handled this well, some people could find it a challenge. Our stay was in July, and the lake was filled with algae which prevented swimming. However, fishing off the pontoon and Sunset cruises were a huge success. The owner was very helpful, promptly returned all of my inquiries and provided helpful information. We would definitely choose this property again in the future."

"The house is beautiful and the host was fantastic! Excellent communication throughout the stay. The house had everything we needed plus some! We went into it fully aware of the steep walk to the lake. They are in the process of adding stairs, which will be a bonus. The only downside was that we were unable to swim in the lake because of blue green algae. Not an issue with the house but do not book in the hot summer months hoping to swim."

"Cute place on lake. Quiet yet close to shopping if you need something. We loved the tuck under boathouse with the hot tub. We would definitely rent again!"
