"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"What a fantastic property. The best vacation home we have ever stayed at, across many we have used in various parts of the world. First, the home is just beautiful. The views are great. The facility is maintained flawlessly. However, the biggest difference is the staff. A fulltime staff of 10 people under the supervision of Kadek ensure that you are treated like royalty. "We leave in New Zealand and met up in Bali with my mum who leaves in France and my sister and her partner who leaves in Italy so the villa was perfect for us. Great property offering everything you need. Secure, clean, stunning garden and great pool !! We have 2 young kids and they loved it. Highly recommend. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...

"The villa number 1 is currently under construction, along with a hotel behind and in front being built. If you don’t mind a bit of noise this is the right place for you. Otherwise, it’s a very nice and technologically advanced villa with all the amenities. "

"The villa was located in a nice quite laneway just a short walk to the shops. The pool was fantastic and the bedrooms were all a great size. We did get some water leaking through the upstairs bedroom when it rained. But in all had a great stay."

"The photos do not do this amazing villa any justice. It is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect with just a short walk to Jl Legian. Wina the housekeeper is amazing and cooks the most delicious breakfasts. She even showed us how to cook it. We all wanted to bring her home. She is very helpful and attentive to her guests needs.
