"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

"The apartment was great, very clean, everything in working order. It is cozy and bright and very close to the main Zurich train station. The host gave us clear instructions on how to find the place and how to gain access. She followed up during our stay to make sure that everything was ok which we really appreciated. The neighbourhood seemed to be on the racier side but we felt safe and it was quiet at night."
