"Very close to train tracks and happened that my room is facing that side. Room temperature is too hot and no AC and the fan provided in the room is not enough. If you open the window for much needed cooler air, then it gets even louder for those incoming train. Room not clean and and previous occupant garbage still in the room. "

"The staff was amazing!! They were always trying to help in any way they could. The hotel is clean. You do get what you pay for though. Small shower and no way to connect your phone or fire stick to the TV. But it’s a quick walk to Fields shopping center and across that is the train, metro and an amazing little bakery. There are several fast food places. But the best part is if you are going to an event at the Royal Arena you are right next door "

"This is the second time staying in this hostel, and once again it's been a pleasant experience. Got a standard room instead of the economy one and it was nice and quiet. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, will help as much as is reasonable. I'm already planning another trip next year. Thanks for making my trip stress free "
