"Arriving to Rose was an ordeal. Arriving with a family car full of luggage, it is not permitted to unload at the lowest point of the parking lot, (which is close to the property) not even for the time needed just to unload (they yell and scream at you) totally crazy situation. Then you are instructed to "urgently" pay "stay taxes"? We received ONE towel per person upon our arrival, we were told we must to wash laundry towels during our stay of 10 days!? No beach towels. No hot water in one of...
