"Wir standen vor geschlossenen Türen, haben angerufen, es wurde uns zugesichert dass in 5 Minuten jemand fürs Check-in kommt. Nach 45 Minuten haben wir nochmals versucht alle 3 vorhandenen Nummern anzurufen: es ging keiner mehr ran. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. Die Nachricht des Betreibers: es wäre besser wir suchen uns ein neues Hotel, die Mitarbeiterin sei kurzfristig im Krankenhaus und er im Ausland."

Die vorhandene Klimaanlage brauchte manchmal etwas Motivation, um anzuspringen, kühlte dann aber den Raum auch schnell und gut ab. Der dazugehörige Balkon (bzw.
