"We only stayed here for one night, but experience was good. Really easy place to find as it was just right off the main road in Biggs just off the highway. Arrived pretty late (8pmish) and the lady at the front desk was really nice. Check-in was a breeze. As for the room we stayed in, this is an older establishment, so don't expect a 'brand new look' to the room. Room was clean enough and very spacious with two queens. Had all the essential items one needs while traveling and check-out was also a breeze. With it being just off of I-84, I thought the car noise would be loud, but once the door was closed, it wasn't as bothersome as I was expecting. Plus, once you get the AC/heat running, you won't really hear the road or neighbors too much. Was a little pricier than I expected for a place like Biggs, however I did book last minute and same day so maybe that was why. Overall, good experience."

"Room was mostly clean, floors had been quickly cleaned. Bed was pretty comfortable, but on a squeaky metal frame that made noise when one of us moved in bed. We are not huge people, I’m 100lbs and my husband is about 200lbs. There was not a complimentary breakfast like described in hotel website, but they had a cafe that looked subpar and kind of pricey, highly recommend The Riv Cafe. We did have dinner at The Portage Grill on site. We really enjoyed our meals, the restaurant was busy but staff was attentive. Our room was quiet, overall comfortable, I liked the set up of the hotel. I’d stay here again."
