"My family always enjoy our stay here. Just few minor comments for improvement: 1. Lamp shade needs to be replaced 2. The room needed to be given air freshener b4 allowing guests to enter 3. Door stopper seems to be broken. If not the above I would have given 5 ⭐️"

"Great location for exploring KL. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a double/twin for kids: Twin bed was in main bedroom so our double bed was in a literal box room. Pools and views are great. Breakfast took time to cook and limited."

"Fantastic location, great rooms and very clean. The only down fall was the bathrooms. Hard not to wake your other after with the bathroom lights in the night. But I would highly recommend this hotel. Had facility’s to shower and change before a late flight"

"This hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The pools are fantastic and on both occasions I was the only one in them, the gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel and the food and drinks in the Regency Club were brilliant. I was very sad to leave this hotel."
