"The Boar's Abode was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The kitchen worked great for cooking all of our meals and grilling outside was great. The massage chair was a popular relaxation spot for the teens and young adults. Would definitely rent this place again. "
"We came with extended family…grandparents down to middle school aged grandchildren. The cabin was clean and spacious. Everyone had their own space but we had lots of room for family games and meals. We loved the kayaks and it was easy to get our boat in the water and hooked up to the dock for tubing and skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking big meals and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. We had a great time celebrating the 4th of July as a family and the cabin was the perfect location!"
"Such a perfect spot to escape July 4th weekend fireworks. We have a very nervous dog when it comes to all the fireworks in the city. This place is perfect! The serenity of watching the swans with their cygnets as you sip your morning coffee is amazing. The place is cozy but has all the basics you need."

"There were 8 of us in our group on a weekend motorcycle ride from Hartford SD. We started up to Fargo and then across into MN. Stopped in Hancock for supper at Buddies. Excellent supper and people!!! Had to wait out a storm so pulling into the VRBO and being able to park all 6 bikes into the garage was fantastic! Property was gorgeous and we will be planning another trip! The only complaint we had is that we were not staying longer than one night!! We will definitely come back! Thank you!!! "
