The apartment Schwarzsee at the Plodarhaus is located approx. 800 metres outside the centre of Kitzbühel. You can reach the railway station, grocery shop and bars within a few minutes' walk. The flat is located on the 1st floor and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/living area with dining area and an open fireplace. The flat has also been fitted with fine wooden floors and exclusive materials.

WINTER
A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the house. Free ski buses take you to the Hahnenkamm cable car or to the Kitzbüheler Horn.

SUMMER
The Schwarzsee lake is only 2600 metres from the house, and you can also access various hiking trails directly from the house.
