The Cooper: This is a one-of-a-kind semi-ocean front Ships Watch home. It has two Master King suites, two Twin Bedrooms, and a private Den with a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa. This house sleeps 10. This home has a “reverse floor plan” with the bedrooms on the lower level and a “great room” with a Living room, Kitchen, and Dining area upstairs for exceptional views. The two Master suites have bathtubs with Jacuzzi whirlpools. This house has a remodeled modern Kitchen that has an indoor grill and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Just steps away from the ocean, the house offers spectacular views of the ocean from multiple decks. After a day in the sun, you can relax in the hot tub on the upper-level deck.

The Neighborhood:
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100 yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries and restaurants.
