Enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean without paying oceanfront prices! This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and boasts rare ocean views from this part of the island - while still only a short drive to the beach. It’s perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway in a stylish space. It's ideal for people aiming to enjoy a peaceful aesthetic of the home while making wonderful memories! Although this property is new to Vrbo, we have been on another booking platform for 2 years with a 4.97 star rating!

The cottage is a 4 minute drive to the nearest public beach access with free parking. The entrance to Seascape Golf Links is right down the road. We provide a Welcome binder with details on beach accesses, driving instructions, house rules & local recommendations.. You're just around the corner from grocery stores, shopping, and a short drive to some of our best restaurants!

The neighborhood is a quiet family community. Behind our house is a patch of woods that ensures privacy and peaceful views from the bedrooms. This area is golf cart and pedestrian friendly and sunset strolls are lovely!

Hilltop vacation

My sister and mom and I traveled to the Outer Banks and stayed at this beautiful home. We spent our days exploring and came home to this very comfortable and inviting place each evening. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the evening and morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect July 4th

This property is everything it claims to be and more. A perfect lay out for a beach house. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to make meals. The beds are the most comfortable we have had using VRBO. Can't wait to come back. Thank you again for letting us stay here.

Perfect Girls Trip

We loved our stay in the OBX! The house was great and accomodated three adult women easily. Super clean and cute! You are short drive to the beach and shopping. We explored south all the way to Hatteras Island. The house does have steps so wouldn't recommend for those with knee and hip problems. If you don't have these, I highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay!

A beautiful house and a beautiful location! Super clean and hosts are wonderful. Only a four minute drive to the beach and had no problem with parking! Highly recommend this stay :)
