    Seascape Cottage is a charming coastal retreat nestled on the scenic Seascape Golf Course. Designed for relaxation and coastal living, this beautiful home features a spacious fenced-in backyard with a private 16' x 30' pool and a wet bar, perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day at the beach. A two-car garage provides convenience, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing way to rinse off the salt and sand.

    Inside, the upper level welcomes you with an airy open concept living space, where the comfortable living room with access to the large screened porch, dining area with seating for six, and fully equipped kitchen with barstool seating invite gatherings with family and friends. The NW bedroom features a double bed, while the NE bedroom offers a two twin beds. A shared hall bath is easily accessible. The SW King en-suite includes a private bath with a shower and entry to the SE bunk room, making it a versatile setup for families or groups. New LVP flooring has been added throughout the home.

    Additional amenities include cable TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a welcome bag for guests, and deck furniture to enjoy the coastal breeze. A gas grill on the deck makes outdoor cooking a breeze, while partial-week stays are available during the off-season for a flexible getaway. Just 300 yards from the beach, Seascape Cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and seaside charm.

Loved the pool

I loved this pool and house! The layout of the house is so convenient! The bathroom in the master bedroom could use some work that’s not so convenient. Other than that it was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house needs to be cleaned better. Paying as much as we did, i did not expect to see a thick layer of dust on the lamps and wooden furniture, as well as ants in the kitchen.

A few things need to be updated like the grill, toaster and washing machine.The kitchen was well stock with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The pool was really nice and there were beach chairs and sand toys to use. The house is very close to many shops and places to eat.

A, the toilet in the hallway bathroom was never useable (it would not flush), B, the AC went out while we were there and they could not get anyone to come fix it before we left, C, we found a baby bottle in the couch that smelled atrocious (we thought we had dropped food and we found that). The house was nice though and we enjoyed our stay for the most part.

The kitchen had been remodeled, but some cabinet's laminate was coming off. It ended up being one of the most relaxing vacations we've have ever had. My son pointed out that the house and furniture were not so pristine that it made you uncomfortable. We loved the screened-in back porch and the pool. The property only had one neighbor, two snakes and occasional golfers looking for their lost balls in the woods behind the pool.

Green house

Our stay was nice, you have to drive to the beach, the listing said the beach was 300 yards away, more like a mile. But there are plenty of free parking spots in early June. (Might be different in July or August). The regular coffee pot needs replaced, it doesn’t work well at all, we did use the Keurig. A could have the door shelve containers are cracked and need replaced. The leaves have not been removed and blow into the pool constantly. You would think the would have a vacuum for it. The inside is dated, but nice, we enjoyed the screened in porch. It is a nice neighborhood.

Green house

Checking in was easy and straight forward. Was given the wrong internet login and when called it was verified … still wrong. Had to speak to renternet to get correct login information and then internet was unavailable. Took a total of 6 phone calls to get it hooked up. Then sent someone in the middle of the day to fix, which kept us from enjoying the beach that day. It was a bit of a cluster. I would t have pursued it if I didn’t need to telework some. Otherwise, the house is cute. The pool area is nice. If you stay here, make sure you bring extra towels, the shower door leaks a lot of water on the floor. We are big fans of OBX and kitty hawk area and will visit again but likely with different rental company in hopes that the details are more accurate.

We couldn't grill so we had to use the oven or a small charcoal grill to cook which doesn't help with a bigger family. The screen porch was great.will most likely rent this place again

The pool was great to relax in. The cleaning was great and we enjoyed the stay. Beach Realty service for a problem during our stay was terrible. It had nothing to do with the house so I would recommend it but because Beach Realty manages it, we won’t stay there again. On Tuesday I messaged BR about needing pool service due to storms that filled the pool with bugs, worms and frogs. The net at the house has holes and didn’t work. Someone responded and said someone would be out. No one came. Wednesday I messaged again. No one came. Thursday I messaged again, still no one. Unacceptable.

Great Vacation

House was clean and well maintained. Beautiful and quite location close to a cul-de-sac so no thru traffic. Pool was great, also very private and backing on to a golf course! Everything about this house was perfect

We Loved it. The house we stayed in (The Green House in Kitty Hawk ) was just perfect. Everything so clean and nice. The pool was kept very clean for when we got there and also we got discounts to the water park thanks to the rental company ( Beach Realty ) something that you probably cant get in a hotel or other places . so yes i definetly recomend it to anybody . i will be going again next year for sure . ☺☺☺👌👍👍👍👍👍

Beach vacation stay at the Green House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Green House was perfect for my family. It was clean and well equipped. The pool was well kept. The neighborhood seemed residential and quiet. There was plenty of space for privacy and plenty of room for family togetherness. We loved the home.

The rental house was in poor shape. Huge spiders and webs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Contacted the office to complain about bunk beds which were very shaky. Kids didn't feel comfortable in them. Several days later someone came to attempt to fix. Grill had no gas. Grill was in horrible shape. A new one was delivered the day before we left

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful time. The house was clean, but the pool area has obviously not been updated or thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. The grill and the bar were both filthy. The pictures associated with this listing had to have been taken quite some time ago.

GOODTIME!!!

It needs a new refrigerator and some updating paint,and decor.

Our OBX vacation house and pool.

This was our 4th year at this same house and I just booked it again for next year.We will take advantage of the early check -in this next year though and start our time at the beach as early as possible.

Review on the green house

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the green house, but I am sad to say I don't think we will rent this location again. While we understand cleaning staff is in short supply and its a rush to get one party out and another in, the overall cleaning job was a bit unsatisfactory. I would have much rather checked in the following morning, than to have stayed at the house in the condition it was in. The stall shower, while recently remodeled, was moldy (enough mold to just prove no cleaning had been done), the floor hadn't been cleaned in the bathroom(had to use a towel to clean up water that leaked out form under the shower door and it came up VERY brown and that was the first day we were there), there was a clump of hair in the fridge, not dog hair but long brown human hair (Makes me wonder if the same rag used to clean the bathroom was also used to wipe down the fridge) we did not use the grills (there were big chunks of food stuck to them), the morning we were leaving I found old coffee in the coffee pot (which we did not use). I understand these things are not at the fault of the owner and being someone who helps my mother in law clean our Air BnB properties I just expected more. The location was okay, it stated you could walk to the beach, you can, but its not as short of a distance as it states in the listing, the walk one way is 1.7 miles. that's a bit of a hike when you are pregnant and have a 2 year old in tow. The pool, while an awesome amenity, is mostly shaded for a large portion of the day, so the water temp was too cold (we also understand we came towards the end of the pool season, but even temps reaching the mid 90's it never warmed up). I do not like to leave negative reviews and I am really not trying to nit pick little things, but it just seemed as though the "enhanced cleaning procedures" weren't really followed? I sure hope we just happened to hit this location at the wrong time when things were a bit more rushed them usual.
