Heart of Duck!! Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Golf Cart

This beautiful and spacious home (over 4200 sq ft) is situated in the heart of the Town of Duck on the Beach Side of Duck Road. It’s an easy 8 min walk to the beach, the Sound, and the quaint downtown with locally owned stores, fantastic restaurants, and the Boardwalk. Enjoy exploring the town, take morning walks for coffee and donuts or treat your family to ice cream from one of the local shops. The ocean and the beach is just a short walk down our very quiet, live oak lined street. We also include use of a Bintelli golf cart to help you get all of your gear to the beach. The outdoor living area and backyard are a true oasis, with its private salt-water and solar-heated pool (April-October) and new optional add-on electic heater available that will keep pool at 85+ degrees. Hot tub, gazebo, grill, and lawn games to play on our spacious enclosed yard, a rare amenity in this area. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, head out on one of the many decks with plenty of seating and porch swings. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you might need, and has almost two of everything including range ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves. Full size laundry rooms on the first AND second floor. Large game room with a billiard table, video games (PS3), movie library, wet bar with second fridge and ice maker that provides entertainment for all. This is a vacation that your family will remember forever!

Bottom floor (2 bedrooms, 1 full bath): one bedroom with two bunks, one large bedroom with sitting area and attached bathroom (that shares into the game room)

Middle Floor (4 bedrooms, 3 full bath): New carpet in all middle floor bedrooms. King Bed with attached bathroom, Queen Bed with attached bathroom, Two full beds and two Queen beds that share a bathroom (jack and jill style)

Top Floor (1 bedroom, 1 full and 1 half bath): New hardwood floors on entire third floor. King bed with attached bathroom


Items at the house : linens, bath towels, beach toys, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella and canopy, cooler, hand soap in bathrooms, dish soap, starter dishwasher soap, starter Keurig pods and coffee filters, high chair, pack and play, hair dryers. Toilet tissue (1-2 per bathroom). We have a spice cabinet with most basic spices and oil. We have a corn hole set and a few other yards games.

Please consider bringing: Keurig pods and/or coffee grounds, trash bags, paper towels, septic safe toilet paper, beach towels, HE Detergent for washer, dishwasher pods, personal soap/shampoo.
Sat-Sat rental, 7 night minimum in June, July, August unless approved by owner.
*Please note that the property is equipped with two outside Ring spotlight security system camera devices (one to secure the front driveway area and one to secure the rear pool area of the property).
